## Where we use AI
euaiactaudit.com uses artificial intelligence for: writing the texts of its content pages (duties, dates, roles, fines, templates) from the official sources named on each page, and translating them between English, German and Romanian. Before a page is published, automated checks compare it with those sources and dates. No person reviews each page before publication. The AI models are provided by Anthropic (Claude).

## What this means for you
- There is no AI feature on this site that you interact with: no chat and no assistant. If we add one, we tell you on screen.
- AI output can be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Check important results against the official sources linked on each page before relying on them. AI output is not legal advice, not a certification and not a conformity or authorised assessment.
- Images, audio or video generated by AI in euaiactaudit.com are labelled and marked as AI-generated in their metadata; today the site publishes none. Texts generated by AI and published to inform the public are labelled as AI-generated: every content page carries the line "AI-generated, checked against the sources named on this page on [check date]".
- AI does not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you.
