What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. Similar technologies (local storage, pixels, device identifiers) work the same way; this policy covers them all and calls them "cookies".

How we use them

  • Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working and secure: remembering your cookie choice, language, security and, for our staff only, signing in. They need no consent and cannot be switched off.
  • Preference cookies remember choices you make (for example display settings). We use none today.
  • Analytics cookies help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. Used only with your consent: Google Analytics 4. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies and needs no consent.
  • Marketing cookies and embedded media measure ads or load content from other sites, such as videos, which may track you. Used only with your consent. We run no ads.

Nothing except strictly necessary cookies is set before you choose. You can accept all, reject all or choose per category in the banner. Rejecting does not limit your access to the site.

The cookies we use

This table is generated by our consent manager from its cookie declaration (state on 29 October 2026). The page on the site always shows the current table.

Preferences: no cookies in use. Analytics: _ga and ga from Google Analytics 4, at most 13 months, set only after your consent. Marketing and embedded media: embedded content from other sites, loaded only after your consent; no cookies declared.

Changing your choice

Use the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page to change or withdraw consent at any time. We ask for your choice again every 12 months or when we add new cookies. Visitors from France and Italy are asked again every 6 months, everyone else every 12 months. Cookies we set last at most 13 months.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may then not work.

Third-party cookies

Some cookies may be set by our providers (listed in the table when they are used). Their own privacy policies apply to their use of the data; we choose providers who process data in the EEA or with the safeguards described in our privacy policy (https://euaiactaudit.com/en/privacy).
